Orbit acts solely as a distribution platform and assumes no liability for the behavior of third-party code.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We collect only the essential data required to operate your account: your email address and a generated username. This data is securely stored in Firebase. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Authentication tokens are handled securely via Firebase Authentication.
3. Terms of Use
By using Orbit, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. You must not upload, distribute, or link to any digital assets that contain malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code. You must not use Orbit to distribute pirated software, stolen intellectual property, or any content that violates local or international laws.
4. Terms and Conditions
All digital assets on Orbit are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orbit is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or system failures resulting from the use of assets downloaded from this platform. Publishers retain the intellectual property rights to their assets but grant Orbit a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them on the platform.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights regarding your data. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, or to request a full export of your data, please contact our support team directly. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Publisher Responsibilities
If you choose to become a publisher on Orbit, you are solely responsible for the quality, security, and legality of the assets you upload. You must ensure your assets do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. Orbit reserves the right to remove any asset that violates these terms without prior notice.
